About Us
Sow ’n Grow is a social enterprise established in 2023 to encourage local communities to grow more productively and sustainably through education and practical activities. In partnership with Fife council we provide training for all new allotment holders in Fife, followed up with ongoing support at our training site at Dallas Drive, Kirkcaldy and on social media. We are here to advise on all growing projects large or small and offer a free initial consultation by appointment. Our aim is to get more people involved in growing whether it be a community garden, biodiversity project, allotment or home garden by supporting the selection and creation of productive, sustainable green space wherever we can.
At Sow 'n Grow, we understand that a healthy community starts with individual wellbeing. While we are currently not actively promoting our wellbeing services, they remain a foundational aspect of our approach. Our training programs, community gardens, and consultancy services all aim to foster not only a productive environment but also mental and physical wellbeing for individuals and groups involved in our projects.
